1-Which plant is your weakness?
I guess there are so many plants out there that you think are so easy to take care. The hard part for me to confess is maybe the Begonia Rex as my weak plant.
2-How have plants and plant care changed your life?
Plants have changed me so much. Especially 5yrs ago when I was down with depression & suicide. I tried reaching out for help & no one answered … I looked at a Crucifix orchid my mum gave. Saw that it needed repotting & from there my passion slowly grew for plants.
3-What was your first plant?
My first plant was a orchid cutting
4- If you had any plant to give a special person, which would it be and why?
Wow. Which plant huh? 🤔 It depends on the that “special person”. African Violets or any orchid would make a great gift.
5- What tip would you give our HPA readers in regards to plant care?
Look I’m no expert. It all comes down to trial & error of taking care of your plants. Whether you are just a beginner (novice) an intermediate or an expert. There’s nothing wrong in asking for advice & researching on the specific plant(s) you want. Especially if you collect rare tropical plants. So enjoy the love the plants give & don’t let someone tell you that you have too much plants as they are the source of our oxygen for breathing.
These two orchids just bloomed & still flowering. They will be entered in this Thursday night’s orchid meeting.
